Echelon

Echelon is a mass surveillance program that intercepts and analyzes communications, primarily targeting foreign governments and organizations. It was originally developed by the five signatory states to the UKUSA Security Agreement: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Echelon operates through a network of interception stations and data centers around the world, collecting and processing vast amounts of communication data.
