Keylight is a software tool used in the post-production process of film and television to separate foreground objects from their background, particularly when using blue or green screen techniques. It allows users to select a screen color, judge the key, and remove spill from the foreground object. Keylight's core algorithm was developed by the Computer Film Company and has been further developed by Foundry.
