Makhos

Makhos is a staffing and training program designed to support individuals from Indigenous communities in gaining meaningful employment within industry. The program, known as Bridge the Gap, offers education and training for businesses to promote awareness and inclusion. Makhos has placed various individuals into long-term employment positions within industry, with a focus on supporting Indigenous communities. The program is led by a team of industry professionals with experience working with Indigenous communities.
