Manakamana is a temple located in Gorkha, Nepal, dedicated to the goddess Manakamana. It is one of the most visited temples in Nepal, attracting devotees from all over the country and abroad. The temple features a two-tiered pagoda built in a large courtyard, with the goddess enshrined in the form of a shila, or boulder, inside. Visitors can access the temple via a cable car system that ferries travelers from the base station to the temple premises.
