MODELLER is a computer program used for comparative protein structure modeling to produce models of protein tertiary and quaternary structures. It implements the method of satisfaction of spatial restraints, allowing users to automatically calculate models containing all non-hydrogen atoms based on an alignment of a sequence with known related structures. MODELLER can also perform additional tasks such as de novo modeling of loops in protein structures and multiple alignment of protein sequences and/or structures.
