NASA's KC-135 Stratotanker, nicknamed the Vomit Comet, is a modified Boeing 707 aircraft used to create short periods of weightlessness for astronaut training and microgravity research. It achieves this by flying parabolic arcs, providing about 25 seconds of zero-gravity per manoeuvre.
