No Country for Old Men is a 2007 American crime thriller film directed by the Coen brothers, Ethan and Joel. The film follows Llewellyn Moss (Josh Brolin), a Vietnam War veteran who stumbles upon a bloody crime scene involving two million dollars in cash and heroin. As an enigmatic killer, Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), sets out to pursue Moss, Sheriff Ed Tom Bell (Tommy Lee Jones) struggles to contain the escalating violence in his small Texas town. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Cormac McCarthy.
