Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest is a 2006 American fantasy swashbuckler film directed by Gore Verbinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. It is the second installment in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, following The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003). The film stars Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, Orlando Bloom as Will Turner, Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Swann, and Bill Nighy as Davy Jones.
