ZiL

ZiL is a large-scale redevelopment project of an industrial area in Moscow, transforming it into a modern and well-planned residential district. The project includes the construction of new housing, commercial spaces, and infrastructure, as well as the creation of public parks and recreational areas. Notable features include the Tufeliev Roshcha park, a 10-hectare green space with a pond, and the Mark Shagal embankment, which will stretch from the Moscow River to the Kremlin.
